Without objection, it was so ordered. HB 124 Senator Taylor moved that the Senate rescind its previous action in passing SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 124(FIN) "An Act establishing capital project matching grant programs for municipalities and unincorporated communities; and providing for an effective date." Without objection, it was so ordered.
